Our fixed fee covers review of your Family Court Order/Binding Financial Agreement, drawing and engrossing required documentation, attending to execution, liaising with Office of State Revenue for duty assessment, correspondence with required banks together with settlement together with skill, care and attention.

Family Court orders and binding financial agreements have extra duty and documentation steps. We review the order or agreement, prepare documents, liaise with RevenueWA where duty assessment is required, and attend to settlement for clients in Joondalup and across Western Australia.
