Does the quote include stamp duty?
The quote tool estimates Western Australian transfer duty (still commonly called stamp duty) from RevenueWA rate schedules, plus an indicative Landgate transfer registration fee. Estimates are not a RevenueWA assessment.
Are Landgate and PEXA fees in the professional fee?
No. Our published fees are professional fees only. Landgate registration, PEXA, searches and other disbursements are additional and itemised where we can estimate them.
